Types of Pests

A wide range of recognised pests exist throughout the animal and plant kingdom. Pests may be grouped according to standard organism classification, including insect pests such as ants, aphids, bed bugs, mosquitoes, cockroaches, houseflies, and moths, mites such as chiggers, gastropods such as slugs and snails, and vertebrates such as mice, rats, and moles.
