Pest control refers to the action of managing pests to limit or eliminate their harmful effects. Various forms of pest control procedures exist, including biological pest control, chemical pest control through poisoning bait and using poisonous sprays, hunting, setting traps, field burning, sterilisation techniques, and eliminating breeding grounds.
